1. Products Offered
We currently offer:
Bhajan Box – A devotional audio device containing bhajans, aartis, mantras, and chalisas.
Gangajal – Holy water sourced from sacred locations and delivered to your home.
2. Usage Guidelines
Bhajan Box is intended for personal devotional use only.
Do not open, tamper with, or modify the device.
Gangajal should be used with respect and care, as per religious customs.
3. Delivery and Shipping
We ship our products across India via trusted delivery partners.
Typical delivery time is 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
In case of delays or damaged deliveries, please contact our support within 3 days of receiving the product.
4. Return & Replacement Policy
Bhajan Box can be replaced only if it is damaged or not functioning on arrival.
Gangajal is non-returnable due to its spiritual and perishable nature.
For replacement, share a photo/video proof within 48 hours of receiving the product.
5. Warranty
Bhajan Box comes with a 6-month limited warranty for internal hardware defects.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any misuse of the Bhajan Box or Gangajal.
We are also not liable for damages beyond the value of the purchased product.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the Bhajan Box (audio files, branding) is copyrighted.
No one is allowed to copy, resell, or redistribute the content without written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of our products means you accept the latest version.
